What happened to the Pro - Lifetime Access plan?

We have discontinued the Pro - Lifetime Access plan and it is no longer available for new purchases. If you already purchased a Lifetime plan, your access remains fully intact. You will continue to enjoy all Pro features for life as originally promised. This change only affects new sign-ups.

Why is musician verification only available for PRO users?

We restrict verification to PRO users to maintain the integrity of our verification system. This prevents users from creating multiple free accounts to verify themselves or others, ensuring that verifications come from committed members of our community.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade to Pro at any time. Pro subscriptions can be canceled before renewal, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.

How many Split Sheets are included with PRO?

PRO includes five new Split Sheets each month. Editing, sending, signing, downloading, or archiving an existing Split Sheet does not use another included agreement.

Why is Document Signing valuable compared to other e-signature tools?

If you regularly send agreements, release forms, or approvals, a dedicated e-signature tool can cost $45 or more per month before you even factor in extra seats or higher usage. Afinao's Document Signing gives you secure PDF-based signing workflows as part of your Pro membership, so you can upload documents, assign fields, collect signatures, and keep an audit trail without paying for a separate signing subscription.

Do you have a refund policy?

If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that refunds will not be granted if Pro features (such as Split Sheets or Document Signing) have been actively used during that period. To request a refund, simply email us at support@afinao.com with your account email and we'll take care of it promptly. Refunds are not available after the 14-day window has passed.
